delivery & returns
Where possible we are trying to do our bit for the environment. As a standard, we are no longer packaging our greetings cards with cellophanes as we want to reduce our use of plastic packaging where we can. If you would prefer for the card to be packaged in cellophane, please let us know when placing your order and we can arrange this for you.
Dispatch & delivery
All orders placed via our website are dispatched via Royal Mail. For UK orders we also offer Guaranteed Special Next Day Delivery before 1pm (please note this is subject to the time of day that the order is posted and may be delayed if dispatched on a weekend or bank holiday). Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout- these costs will vary depending on net weight, the postal service chosen and the delivery destination.
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of purchase. Although we will aim to ship your order as soon as possible, please bear in mind it may take a little longer to dispatch during busier times of the year (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day etc).
For UK orders, please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order. If you have not received it by this time, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to look into this for you.
For international orders (particularly for US customers), please allow up to 30 working days to receive your order. If you have not received your order by this time, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to look into this for you.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your item, please email us via email@example.com or using our contact form within 28 days from the dispatch date. Please note for us to provide you with a refund the item must not be opened, used, or damaged, with all original packaging intact. If we are not satisfied that the item is returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to reject your return request. Please note buyers are responsible for any postage and return costs incurred for returns.
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us via our email address above or by using our contact form and we will be happy to sort this out for you.
Once we have received the returned item in its original condition, we will confirm this to you via email and process your refund to your original payment method. Once we have processed the refund, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to clear.
Unfortunately we are currently not able to offer exchanges. If you would like to return an item in exchange for something else, we will process the original item ordered as a refund with the new item purchased in a separate transaction.
Due to Brexit, all international orders may be subject to import / custom fees, taxes and/or handling charges, which are of the responsibility of the buyer to cover. Please note that the Standard International Delivery option does not include any tracking information, however we also offer a tracked service should you wish to track your order.

Please note due to coronavirus, this may cause delays with receiving your orders. Although we provide an estimated delivery date, we cannot guarantee these. Similarly, if you need a card for a specific date we will do our best to meet this where possible but we also cannot guarantee these. Please allow a reasonable window of time before the date you need it for to place an order with us.
